Four Points Centre is a sizeable office complex campus surrounded by a 5-acre habitat preserve in northwest Austin. WCC contracted with a new client, Brandywine Realty Trust, to construct its 3rd building in the complex. The 170,000 sf 4-story building is comprised of tilt-wall panels, structural steel, and an exterior of storefront and native stone.
