One Uptown ATX Office and Parking Garage is part of a mixed-use development located in Austin, Texas, on the site of the former IBM campus. This modern project blends high-performance office space with structured parking and retail, designed to support the needs of a growing urban hub. The 14-story concrete structure features expansive 44,000 sf floor plates, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and a curtainwall façade that maximizes daylight and views. It was built alongside and to integrate with One Uptown ATX Multi-Family, a 370,839, 13-story high-end apartment building, also built by White Construction. 

The building includes a state-of-the-art conference center, fitness facilities, multiple outdoor terraces, secured bike storage, and EV charging stations. Supporting 1,525 cars, the integrated parking garage reinforces connectivity between office and retail components. Site improvements included significant utilities relocation and infrastructure modernization to prepare the former IBM site for long-term urban redevelopment. The project earned LEED Silver and AEGB One-Star certifications.
