Bouldin Creek is a high-end office project under development in south-central Austin. Situated on a four-acre tract of land, Bouldin Creek will offer 165,000 sf of office space with an open-air environment including an expansive rooftop deck and two acres of green space. 2,500 sf of retail will front South Lamar, keeping the corner at Oltorf activated and connected to the community without compromising the character of the area.
Bouldin Creek is located at the northeast corner of South Lamar and Oltorf in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood. The central location provides easy access without the congestion and parking issues of downtown, and the walkability and bike-ability of the area link tenants to the best dining and entertainment in the city. Designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, the development will feature a bold but contextual design that reflects the heart and soul of the neighborhood.
Construction began March 2019 and is scheduled for delivery in Fall 2020.
